OnlyFans Management (OFM) is one of the most lucrative and profitable business models to grace the online space in recent years. However, one question that arises continuously is: what makes the business model so profitable?
The answer is simple. Men like to buy porn. With porn consumption at its height and more easily accessible than ever before, OnlyFans has taken the adult industry by storm. But let’s dig a little deeper. If porn is so readily available for free, what makes these men pay their monthly wage on a woman they have never met in real life? Monetising this new wave of content becomes a skill itself. This content can be monetised in multiple ways on OnlyFans: campaigns on the wall, sending out mass PPV’s, tips, customs, videos calls…but these methods are probably producing a fraction of the amount you could, and should, be making with your models.
As an agency owner, you should understand that OFM is split into 3 key areas: client acquisition, traffic, and chatting. Which one of these three areas is the most neglected and under-utilised within this business model? You guessed it: chatting! This is the area that can single handedly be the reason that OFM is so lucrative, but only if it is run to a high standard. Chatting is crucial because it creates the opportunity for you, as the management team, to make up to 80% of each model’s revenue.
A good ratio on your page [Sub amount ($) : (Tips + Messages) amount ($)] is between 1:7 – 1:10. Most agencies have a ratio of 1:2 – 1:4. By improving chatting, we have time and time again run ratios greater than 1:15. Even 1:30 – 1:50 is possible using whale cultivation. You can run the numbers and see for yourself how much more money you could be making with an effective chatting team/system.
You must now be thinking to yourself: ‘what makes chatting the most important strategy for my agency’s success’?
Think about it like this: the industry we find ourselves in revolves around interpersonal relationships and communication. This includes communication and interpersonal relationships between you, your agency, and your models, and between the ‘models’ (your chatters) and the subs.
We are all aware of the importance of building a good relationship with your models to keep them motivated. A motivated model means more money for everyone. Equally, if not more important, is the subs’ relationships with the ‘models’ (chatters). Having a strong relationship with your subs has endless benefits as the sub feels like they have someone to talk to daily or just be appreciated for once in their life (we will talk about the psychology of a sub in depth later). The relationships that you are able to build with your subs will be the most important factor in creating a profitable and lucrative agency!
Now, let’s understand why chatting is the most neglected and under-utilised aspect to this business model. Inexperienced agency owners are often in a rush to outsource their chatting to other agencies, or hire ‘experienced’ chatters from Telegram groups. The problem with outsourcing chatting is: how do you know you are hiring good chatters if you don’t know what good chatting looks like?
This is where we step in. At Visionary, we have focused on understanding all areas of the game, which means doing all the chatting in-house with periods of time consisting of chatting ourselves. We’ve really seen it all: from training staff who are completely new to the space to making ‘experienced’ chatters into absolute money extracting machines. So, if you want a fast-tracked route to an effective, efficient money printing chatting team, absorb all of this information as much as possible.
If you are in the OFM space, you will understand the simplicity of the business model. There are three key elements: client acquisition, traffic and chatting. You bring models on, you bring them subs, and then your chatters milk them. It is as simple as that. For one reason or another, the first two elements often take the absolute priority for most agencies. This is probably due to a few reasons:
For these reasons, I believe chatting quality and= excellence is heavily overlooked by most agencies. Their primary focus is to bring in as many fans as possible without focusing on their lifetime value (LTV), causing the churn rate of fans to be incredibly high. As well as this, most agencies are looking to keep costs as tight as possible and keep chatting headaches to a minimum, leading to outsourcing to chatters from third world countries with sub-par English.
This is where our agency took a completely different approach and subsequently led to us making six figures a month consistently within six months of joining the industry. Let me explain…
Just like most people getting started, we spent months going through trial and error with lots of low-quality models. However, it’s the journey that all newcomers must take to start a good agency. During this time, we focused heavily on trying to figure out traffic methods. Of course, this isn’t easy with no money to invest or low-quality models. News Flash: Instagram Mother-Slave with one phone and five accounts won’t make you rich (We have all been there, don’t worry).
So, you’re probably wondering how we went from models earning $1000/m and running the most beginner traffic methods to working with multiple big time influencers making well over 6 figures a month, all in the space of 6 months. I am here to tell you, contrary to popular belief, it was chatting excellence, not traffic excellence that got us here.
The key thing is choosing the right model. If you’re doing cold outreach, you should still reach out to as many as possible. However, you want to be very aware of what is a good opportunity.

Which one do you think is a better opportunity? This highlights the importance of having a solid foundation which is a good brand. After months of working with low-quality models we finally signed our ‘big break’ model.
Did we instantly bring a bunch of traffic? No. We had a few decent systems in place but nothing close to having agency-dependent traffic systems. Our ‘big break’ was solely because of chatting. We will dive into much more detail on this later on. However, to put it shortly, this model only had a small social media presence (3k insta, 15k TikTok) and the traffic to her OnlyFans was also very low. However, the brand was quality (ASMR Niche), her fan base was loyal, and she had never worked with an agency before. She made $800 the month before us and $12000 the first month with us. That’s a 15x increase in earnings. This model knew others with a much larger following and this subsequently brought us on our first high ticket clients. The rest is history…
Tier 1 quality chatting opened doors for us and literally changed our whole agency (and our lives). The problem most young agencies have is that they severely overlook the importance of good chatting systems. A lot of this is probably down to ego; it’s much cooler to say you cracked the marketing stuff rather than to say you are amazing at sexting men. However, the truth is that implementing quality chatting with correct branding for a model can be more than enough to give you your big break and make your first 10k a month as well as being massively important at scale, allowing you to add $20-30k to your bottom line on each model.
You can play the short game, hire a chatting agency, and have them destroy your model accounts (trust me, we did the same). Or you can think three months ahead and see the potential in doing the chatting yourself, building a knowledge base, and feeding this into your own team to train your own in-house chatting team. Truth be told, chatting agencies do not give a shit about your account or your branding. All they care about is making money off of you. They create a standardised system which generates cash for the majority of clients and they stick to it. There is no personalisation to you and I can promise you that over the long haul, they will massively underperform compared to what you could build yourself. Even if you are bringing high ticket models to outsourced chatting agencies, you won’t have control or be setting yourself up for long-term growth.
We played the long game, went through the trenches, and it made us rich within 6 months. This is why we have built this course: to make it easier to do this yourself and stop leaving ungodly amounts of money on the table with your chatting.
With that being said, let’s dive into the first major key to creating a godly chatting strategy:

However, you aren’t paying for the steak. You’re paying for: the brand, the side bits, the story line, and the experience. OnlyFans is the same. Yes, porn is free. However, men want what they can’t have. That’s why we set up a few key principles of branding for our models to greatly improve their story and experience This sets customers up for that high priced, premium experience (just like Salt Bae).
1. Influencer before OnlyFans model
Nowadays, the model market is flooded with OnlyFans models. What is their brand? The fact they are an OnlyFans model? Maybe this worked during the COVID era where everyone’s accounts were flying, but it simply isn’t enough anymore. Nowadays, to hit the upper echelons it makes much more sense to create a strong personal brand. This leads to:

If your model is famous for something other than being sexy, chances are her ‘fans’ or followers have slightly more of a vested interest in her rather than the fact she simply gets their dick hard. 2. Be smart with your niche positioning
Once again, this is a crucial element of the strategy which we believe barely any agency owners pay anywhere near enough attention to, especially considering how social platforms are increasingly cracking down on sexual content. It’s a good idea to work with models who are organically positioned in good niches or position the models yourself in a smart niche.
Let’s take an example. Which girl do you think would perform better?
If you said ‘B’ you are correct. But it’s surprising to see how many agency owners are quick to choose basic, feminine niches like girl next door/young. Yes, there is no doubt that lots and lots of simps are looking for girls like this, but there’s more to choosing the right model.
A key to success in marketing is how you position yourself in front of the ideal customer. You will see much more traffic success if you’re able to plaster a model everywhere in front of the right high-paying audience rather than chasing an audience that doesn’t spend any money. That’s why a major key is to find male-dominated niches.
An ideal customer profile (ICP) is something like a 30-45 year old rich man from the US. So, instead of trying to get rich older American men to come to me, how do I put myself in front of them? Think about niches and activities like golf, shooting, fishing, politics, and finance to name a few. These are some of the biggest male-dominated niches which can lay the foundations for a successful chatting strategy. They are also much less saturated than all the obvious niches, like gamer girl, that have been rinsed over and over again.
You should also consider what fits your model, too. Think about where she (and her current audience) is from, how old she is, and so on. Do a deep dive analysing her characteristics and then decide what could make her stand out. Then, combine this information with what you’ve just learnt through your audience research and niche her down into a male-dominated sector. It’s important to take your time with this process, finding a niche that not only fits her, but also one she will be happy to stick with and make content around for a long time. Don’t rush into a niche or force a niche on her that is difficult to maintain or she has no understanding of. If the model feels like the niche is hard to get her head around, she is most likely going to give up after creating a few pieces of content.
Once you have established a niche, now we must focus on the Model Persona.
To create an emotional connection down the line with high LTV subs we want to achieve two key things with the branding:

A mistake I see a lot of models making is being too explicit on social media. We strongly value the importance of mystery.. To bring in the biggest LTV customers, the customer has to need and want to see more from their social media. Not showing as much on socials leaves intrigue in the potential subs’ minds and makes them imagine what else there is to see. It is important to create an almost Playboy-esque feeling around your model, making the fan lust to see more.
You want your model to embody:
“A woman doing OnlyFans, not an OnlyFans girl”
This small detail creates a sense of mystery and intrigue around the model, making customers crave more. If you’re too explicit on social media, fans either get satisfied and masturbate to pictures and videos on there or it just makes them more likely to seek leaked content from your model.
Building on this, think about what traits you want the model’s character to have. It obviously helps if these are true in real life, but it’s also very possible to illustrate an artificial persona on social media with subtle cues.

Now that we’ve explained how to utilise social media, let’s talk about OnlyFans page setup
How you set up your model’s page is incredibly important as this is your model’s ‘website’. We break down the page setup into three parts: your profile setup, your wall content, and your messaging structure.
Everything about the account should follow the branding guidelines and be organic and structured for long term relationships. It may seem obvious, but time and time again wesee agency owners wrecking their customer LTVs through a few obvious mistakes. Do not have a tip menu. This is probably the biggest mistake you can make, but a lot of people are making it. You are limiting your potential to charge outrageous prices which simps are willing to pay if you set them up properly.
Another obvious mistake is having a welcome message bundle. Subs will just buy this, bust their nut, and have nothing to look forward to anymore. If you must have one, we suggest pricing it at your average message price and gatekeeping all the good content from it so that fans have no choice but to come back for more.
The next part to focus on is the page bio and look. The banner and profile picture are best served similar to the wall:Playboy-esque and leaving much to the imagination. You want to show the model’s best assets (ass if it’s ass and so on), however the customer has to need more. The same goes for the bio. The bio is something which is best designed on a model-by-model basis; it all depends on them and their personal brand.
In general, it’s best to avoid the typical list bios which every single agency owner is running. You want it to seem like the model really wrote it herself. One technique we recommend is having the model write it herself, and then tweaking it to be a more direct funnel and more enticing (while still maintaining her organic, natural tone).
Your wall content should not show anything explicit at all. It should consist of Playboy-style photos. It should be a balance between where it couldn’t be posted on Instagram but not enough that someone could wank to it and leave. Your wall is the determining factor behind you getting messages or not, so if your wall content contains B/G videos, why would anyone in their right mind spend any more money? They wouldn’t! So, when you are getting your model to take wall content pictures, make sure she isn’t too explicit and get her to take the content in bundles. This way you can keep posting one photo shoot for weeks scattered across different days.
Another key area of your page set up is your messaging structure. Your messaging structure includes what you are sending out as mass messages and mass PPV’s. Let’s start with mass messages,: they should always be SWF! If you want to make the most out of your engagement with fans the conversation starters should be natural and organic, not ‘Oh baby I am so wet, can we play 💦😈’.
Think about it like this: these guys are subbed to multiple girls (sometimes hundreds), so you need to stand out. If every girl is sending the example above and you send out something like this: ‘Hey babe, how has your day been?’ Do you now see why relationship building is key? We aren’t rushing into sexting, we are taking our time to ‘care’ about their day before trying to transition and if we can’t transition at that time, we set it up for later. A lot of mistakes we see with chatters is if they don’t sell now, then they won’t make a sale. You have to be prepared to invest your time in the short term to make thousands in the long term. Short term gratification is for the subs, not the agency owners! So overall, with mass messages, don’t be too pushy, simply look to start a conversation about their day (quick tip: do not send the same mass message across all of your accounts at the same time, these subs look into everything in detail).
Right, mass PPV’s, are they worth it? Sometimes! From our experiences, mass PPV’s are only worth it if you have a high traffic account. You will know if you have a high traffic account, and if you don’t, stay with the relationship building phase. Only when you have a high traffic account should you send out mass PPV’s, but mix them in with SFW mass messages. The content of these mass PPV’s should not contain anything too explicit as they should be at cheap prices. The sole purpose of these messages is quick easy sales so they should contain content you can’t find on the wall, but nothing valuable enough to give away at cheaper prices. In short, high traffic means mass PPV’s are acceptable; low traffic means focus on relationship building!
Now that you have your front end set up and ready to draw in simps, you need to ensure your back end systems are able to effectively take your customers through the perfect (most profitable) journey. Every single part of this strategy goes hand in hand with selling the model’s branding perfectly and taking the customer on a journey. This is why we utilise a Vault Tiering System. This is crucial to maintain longevity in the relationship with customers and maximise LTV.
As discussed earlier, the branding of the model works best when she comes across as timid and ‘new to this’. That way, we can create unique and memorable customer experiences which feel special. For this reason, we tier the vault into differing levels of explicitness with our sexting sets – we call them scenarios (see section 6). We label the sets in the vault with numbers 1-5. Anything with 1 is a beginner scenario; it will be very timid, not showing too much, slightly shorter video lengths, very ‘beginner’ and organic-like.
It might go something like this;
These scenarios will be used on newer customers who are under the guise that she isn’t a slut and is truly new to this. It’s important that the chatters are well-trained to be able to sell this content effectively without lying to customers or making it out to be something it isn’t.
On the other hand, a (5) scenario might look something like this:
Even though 1-5 is the same on both, the style will be different. (1) scenarios will be much less ‘slutty’ while (5) scenarios are reserved for whales or customers who she is much more comfortable with.
Think about a real classy woman. On a first date, you might kiss her on the cheek. Next date, a real kiss. Then a passionate one, then oral sex, and only down the line will she bring out her deeper fantasies and sexual side. We are creating a brand image of a classy woman, so the scenario set up needs to follow the same. You could do all the branding work we have already discussed and your chatter could sell a super explicit scenario in the first session and completely destroy the mystery and excitement of the long term relationship.
Some questions you might have…
But my model doesn’t use toys or show pussy…?
That’s fine. In fact, that might be even better in some cases. Remember, these men want what they can’t have. If you create the illusion that one day they might get to see it (even though she doesn’t do it, you can have subs chasing with money for a long, long time getting worked through the vault of slowly increasing explicitness. Think about how powerful that is. Taking the subscriber through a journey where it seems like over time the model is getting more and more comfortable just for them. It’s believable because you took them through the rising levels of explicitness. This creates the excitement of a real relationship and this is how you create whales.
But not every sub wants to be taken through a long journey, they just want to see pussy/her get fucked
That’s true. Our system is designed to bring in as many whales and more deeply interested fans as possible. However, in the short term, horny fans will still always be there. It’s important they aren’t neglected and we maximise profits from them too. In the early stages of developing this whale-fostering system, we ourselves neglected this type of customer.
That is why we developed a Customer Labelling System. See next section.
This is crucial to segment your audience and provide the best service possible to each individual. We will get to this very shortly. If a fan comes in and instantly wants to see high level content (pussy, getting fucked or majorly explicit), try and steer them down the longer route and see if they are interested.
However, it’s important to consider that the majority of this type of customer has no time for that. They are masturbating at that very moment and just want something to nut to. Once it’s recognised that theyare not here for any longevity, our strategy completely switches to a more traditional hard-sell mindset where non-scenario PPV content can be sold to that customer for regular prices. In this instance, we label thecustomer ‘OC’ standing for ‘Only Content’. Now, the chatter knows what type of relationship this is and not to spend time playing the long game when the customer is just there to bust a nut.
Below is our entire list of customer labels.
These labelling systems may seem trivial, but at a large scale they are crucial to following through with your branding work that you have implemented for the model.
The vault system goes hand in hand with customer labelling. NBS customers will be working their way through the tiers of explicitness. 🐳customers will be only seeing the highest tier content. So on and so forth. Both systems allow for the chatter to have a more accurate gauge of how to approach a chat specific to each customer.
The final key back end system is note taking. There is nothing genius about this; just find out as much as physically possible about your customer to better understand how to sell to them. We will dive into this more when discussing whale cultivation, however the basic idea is in the early stages of communication, it’s key for chatters to note all the details they can.

Some key things we will go over in this section are:
1. Mass DM Consistency:
Implement a strategy of sending 1-3 Mass DMs daily per account. This consistent approach ensures continuous engagement and presence in the subscriber’s inbox.
2. Creativity and Effectiveness in Mass DMs:
Focus on creating personalized and engaging content. Analyse the performance of previous DMs to refine and improve the messaging strategy. Resend effective content and revise underperforming messages for better engagement. Use other active high-performance accounts as inspiration!
3. Vault Organization:
Organize content categorically in the Vault for efficient access and use. This structured approach supports personalized sales tactics and effective mass messaging, streamlining content management and utilisation.
On each account, it is expected for a minimum of 1-3 paid mass messages to be sent out every day. Your client may specify their own number of PPV’s required that could be different than company standard. Client requests always take priority.
Side note- “PPV” means “pay per view” and is often referred to as such on the site and in daily work discussions. This is any content that is sent out and must be paid for before viewing.
Depending on the account, our expectation is for 2 wall posts a week as the minimum. If you have a larger account, or an account with a large amount of content; 1 wall post a day is ideal.
Posting 1 story per day or every other day is proven to be most effective to keep the audience engaged. Stories are the first thing a subscriber see’s when they log in, it shows the client is active and sparks curiosity. Similar to free wall posts, OF stories can be taken from other social media accounts.
When you first get an account:
First things first, take time to get yourself acclimated to this specific account.
Focus on the sidebar (see left image):
1. Take time to go through the “Vault” to get a feel of what kind of content your client creates. The “Vault” is where all content is stored.
2. Go to the Messages and take a look at the mass DM’s that have been previously sent.
3. What voice is being used? What kind of terminology is allowed/avoided?
4. What kind of content is being sold at what price points?
5. Which messages are receiving the most buys and which messages are receiving the least?
6. How frequently are messages going out?
7. Take a look at the lists and categories and see which content is considered “the best”.
8. Take a look at these statements and see which areas of the account are making the most money.
9. Posts? Messages? Tips?
Everybody has their own way that they like to do this, but this is the way I have personally found is the most effective when it comes to organisation. Assuming the client is uploading their content in sets, or scenes, we can send these out as mass messages and assuming we are going to reuse the content in the future (which you should) , this allows you to be able to go to your mass message history, exclude the buyers, and send out again. You can copy the same caption or change it around so that someone who hasn’t purchased before doesn’t notice you are using the same captions or if they didn’t purchase because of the caption you used last, and you make it something different that appeals to them more, they are more likely to purchase it.
For every piece of content in the vault, there should be a corresponding list. The format in which we create lists is as follows:
[the date, description of the content, number of photos or length of the video]
For example:
This is to ensure uniform organization on accounts across the WAV roster, avoid resending the same content to the same people, and continue with seamless transitions of accounts between account managers.
Categories are a great tool to highlight what we consider some of our “best content”. Categories are a subsection of the Vault which is essentially a way to group and organize specific content. For every category, there is a matching list but not every list will have a category.
Each account is expected to have 5 to 20 categories with matching lists that will appear at the top of the Vault.
The categories should look like this. Two or three of the same correlating emojis followed by a description and date. This way, “the best” content is quickly and easily accessed for personal sales as well as for mass messages. Each category will have a corresponding list that will appear as follows. This is only the format for 5-20 sets of content, not the entire account.
When creating both these categories and lists, you will have to manually change the order and add them to the top of the page. The 3 lines in the top right corner of the image is where you can find a “custom order” button.
For general categories, such as BG, GG, JOI, Solo, etc, consider using these category names for easier navigation so you and your chatters can find the content just as easily.
Sexting sets can be labelled similarly to this –
First decide which pieces(s) of content you plan on sending out. Make if it is old content that the previous buyers have been added to the proper list.
There is a “Send To” and an “Exclude” section; both of these tools are used for every mass message you will send. Usually you’ll click “Fans” as the “Send to” option, unless you are sending to “VIP’S” only, or any other specific small group.
The “Exclude” option will be used for content that has been sent out before. By clicking the “View All” button, you can then view all of the lists created for that account. Find the list that corresponds to the content you’re choosing to send and exclude it in order to avoid sending content to consumers who have already purchased that content.

How can you use this to your benefit?
Separate your fans into different spending tiers for prioritisation with your chatters, and to exclude them from mass message PPVs that you can sell to everyone else for cheaper, and to them for more. Strategies specifically geared towards those higher spenders.
Here’s an example:
In the screenshot below i sent the same PPV to two different spending tiers, one that was in my (Spent $500+) list for $150, and to everyone else for $80. You can take it one step further by making a ($100-$499) spending list and sending it to them for $80, and all your cheap people for $20 or less.
The limits with this strategy are endless and can help increase your revenue dramatically.
If you are running a VIP program on a free page like this then you can do something similar and send out “VIP EXCLUSIVE“ PPVs to your VIPs as well.
This is the structure of our upselling scripts or what we refer to as ‘scenarios’. Let’s firstly understand why this system works before we dive deep into each section and some tips and tricks on how to make as much as possible from the upselling process.
Every other girl on OnlyFans is selling solo, b/g, sexting sessions, customs, video calls; the simps have heard it all before. But the question is: do they really believe they are talking to you at the moment of purchase?
This simple factor proves why our scenarios are so effective, as you are taking the sub on a journey from an everyday task to the ‘bedroom’ to climax. For example, in the skeleton above, the model is taking a picture of her surroundings at the gym, imagine the sub receiving a picture like that with a message reading “Just at the gym babe, what about you?” A lonely simp is being shown the world of an online relationship, receiving pictures of her everyday life and quick responses while she is out doing her daily activities, this leaves the sub thinking ‘she likes me’.
These first few steps are crucial in creating this exact feeling. The sub feels special, they now truly believe they are speaking to the model on a deeper level as they aren’t even being pushed to buy content, rather just chat about daily things.From here on out it is all about how you transition into sexting and upselling the rest of the scenario content.
So you have finished the set up, the sub believes the story and more importantly believes he really is speaking to you, the ‘model.’ Now it is all about your transition into sexting.
This is the most crucial part of the whole upsell process. During this phase you must identify two things for it to be successful; firstly, if the sub will buy, and secondly, how much will they spend on the content. One tip we emphasise to our chatters that will massively aid in making the sub buy, is that the first few free teasing pictures must be free (the only exception, and this can only be made at your discretion, is when talking to a whale).
These first pictures don’t show any explicit content but suggest that there is a possibility the sub could ‘convince’ them to become ‘a little more naughty’. See how this all ties together slowly: you are creating a narrative, a story that the sub fully believes in and identifies as different to his past experiences. Due to this difference in feeling, the sub is now far more inclined to buy (returning to that feeling of being special). Think about it like this, he has received an ‘insane’ amount of (free) attention, meaning he will spend an ‘insane’ amount of money (as long as he has it). So, let’s find out how we can get them to pay the top prices for the content being sent.
Deciding what to price the content with subs is always the most difficult part, as this ultimately is the deciding factor of whether or not you make money. The way we can make the most from each sub is by what we refer to as ‘tester prices’. Now these ‘tester prices’ won’t be used on the 1st or 2nd stages of the upsell process, but the 3rd and 4th is perfect.
Let’s say that a sub comes in, shows interest in the conversation, and is willing to see her get her tits out (first stage of upsell), your chatter or you sends this for $10-$15 and he buys straight away, no question and loves it so much he asks for more. This is where you send the next piece of content with a ‘tester price’, raise the price to something a little more expensive, like $40-50. If the sub buys this without questioning you or even talking about the price, you know that they are engaged. They aren’t even thinking about the money; they are simply enjoying the experience. REMEMBER, THIS WHOLE PROCESS IS SELLING THE EXPERIENCE NEVER SELLING JUST CONTENT (if there is one thing you take away from this whole section, make it be this).
Let’s say a sub comes in and buys the first for $10 but asks a question like “10$ for 20 seconds?” or “what is in the video babe?” These are blatant giveaways he is still thinking about the money, so do not send that tester price piece of content until you are a little further into the upsell process. Why, do you ask? Well, firstly you will make more money selling the first few bits of content a little cheaper and getting confirmed buys rather than trying to just get one large sale. It also means the further the sub gets, the hornier he is and what have we said about a horny man? They are an irrational man, therefore easier to convince to spend.
This example above brings us onto another key aspect of the conversation between your chatters and the sub, different types of subs.
There really are only two to three types of subs during a sexting scenario:
We know this upsell method works due to the detail we take in the set up of the sale and the closure of the sale. Therefore, we must be as METICULOUS when we are getting the model to film the content. Remember OFM is a partnership, if you perform at a high level and your model performs at a low level, you will only ever produce mediocre results!
Your model MUST do this in a room with NO NATURAL LIGHT being shown. Why? Because only then can it be sold at any time of the day. If there is natural light shown, this must only be used during the day time by your chatters, believe me we have had to handle many objections because of this simple slip up.
This should only take your model roughly 20 minutes to film, if they are a perfectionist 30 minutes. DO NOT let your model film the different sections of the scenario at different points in the day, your model should film the complete scenario straight through. Believe me I know it sounds simple, but I have seen it.
Your model should film the content like they are genuinely sexting someone. Let’s be real, we have all received nudes at some point in our life, this is the vibe your fan wants to feel, so your model must film like she is sexting him at that moment. So, your model should be holding the phone (NOT SET UP ON A TRIPOD!), not covered in too much make-up and preferably using the selfie (front facing) camera. You want it to be as natural as possible, look like it could have happened at any time meaning you don’t want it to be clearly set up.
So in recap, no natural lighting; don’t let them film the scenario at different times of the day; do not let your model set her phone up on a tripod to film and keep it as natural as you can!
To effectively leverage psychology to manipulate your fans, it’s essential to gather as much information as possible about these subs: What made them sub? What are they looking for? And how to spot recurring patterns within these subs?
Before starting OFM, many individuals usually hold a preconceived idea that it is primarily elderly men engaging in conversations with models, spending their money as they sit at home creeping on younger women…doing nothing else with their lives. Now, don’t get me wrong, there are men like this, but a significant portion of OnlyFans subscribers consist of middle-aged men, with a small representation being young men. However, what is the one main characteristic of most of these subscribers? You guessed it, loneliness.
What does loneliness entail for an individual? A lonely individual has feelings of extreme sadness, emptiness, and disconnectedness. These three traits serve as the primary drivers for men to subscribe to your models OnlyFans: sadness, they seek instant short-term gratification which is done through self-gratification; emptiness, so they are searching for someone to fill the void; and disconnectedness, leading to seek a connection beyond just a sexual level.
So what does loneliness lead to? Increased stress, anxiety, and low self-esteem. Simply put they feel constantly stressed and anxious in all areas of life, with an incredibly low self-esteem as they simply don’t see themselves in a positive light. They are mentally beating themselves up day in and day out. This leads us straight onto what they look for…
A CONNECTION!
I’m confident in saying that 75% of paying subs are there to establish a meaningful connection, while the remaining 25% are there to either waste your time or just to simply buy content. Now, revisiting the concept of loneliness and its associated feelings: increased stress, anxiety and low self-esteem, your communication strategy plays a pivotal role in the establishment of this meaningful connection.
If your chatter can portray your model in a light where she can lower the subs stress by showcasing a genuine interest, changing their view on their own self-worth to that of a positive one and acknowledging their attractiveness, your model becomes their mechanism…their coping mechanism, exactly how a drug addict relies on heroin!
But remember: not all subs are like this. The ones who aren’t after a connection won’t take interest in your model or her day or her life but only to her content. Usually, this is incredibly easy to spot as they will sub and message straight away, texting things like:
“How much for a solo?”
“How much to see a b/g?” (REFER TO SECTION 4)
Now let’s shift our attention to building the psychological bond and manipulating the sub into a position of lower power. After all this interpersonal relation will only be of value to you if you are the one in a position of higher power, as only then will these manipulation methods become effective.
This part is incredibly important as it enables you to differentiate between individuals willing to spend a couple hundred dollars compared to individuals willing to INVEST thousands of dollars. The most effective approach is to gather information about the sub including details like where they live, occupation, and hobbies, to name just a few.
Where they live is a big giveaway! Our chatters will ask this question initially, and then take it one step further by finding out specifics about the sub’s particular location. For instance, if one of the subs said “Florida”, we aim to uncover more specifics, pinpointing the exact location within Florida. You shouldn’t think this is going too far, as remember these individuals seek someone genuinely interested in them. Having been the ones giving attention to others throughout their lives, they are aching for someone to give them attention.
Equally vital is getting to know their occupation, as it provides you with an estimation into what their income is.
TOP TIP: A quick Google search for the average income associated with their profession can be highly beneficial in knowing how much money they have at their disposal.
What is it they like doing on the weekends? Maybe they have expensive hobbies; they might have a passion for fishing and own a boat or regularly play golf with their friends at an expensive club. All of these individual things seem irrelevant, however together you are able to paint a picture of their current financial situation, allowing you to gauge if the time investment into building a deep connection is possibly worth it.
Once you know the basics, the next step involves establishing a deeper connection that many other chatters/models won’t ever take the time to cultivate. This is where you can really set yourself apart. Remember you are wanting to sell them an experience they haven’t been sold on before! (REFER TO SECTION 6)
This is the stage where delving into the nitty gritty details becomes crucial. Ask them thought provoking questions like:
Do they like where they live? Reasons for dissatisfaction with their job? Inquire about their social life, likes, dislikes. Phrase these questions in a female manner, not how an interested man would – small details are crucial. This is the level of intimacy you are trying to build with your fans – you want them to feel like you are now a key part to their life. Someone to reach out to and share anything with. This is now the point at which you can begin the manipulation stage!
Manipulation is the action of manipulating someone in a clever or unscrupulous way, to control a situation favouring a positive outcome for yourself. However, in recent years the term ‘gaslighting’ has been used more and more in regards to manipulation in a relationship. The goal of gaslighting is to destabilise a target through constant misdirection, denial, lying, and contradiction. Are you seeing where this is going?
So how do we utilise this SKILL to our advantage in the online world of sexting?
Before we delve into the manipulation tactics and guide you on obtaining just about anything you want from your sub. It’s crucial to emphasise that the groundwork in finding out information about the sub in the steps above must be carried out in detail! This approach can ONLY work on subs you have built genuine relationships with. Now that this is clear, let’s understand the tactics we use: guilt, silent treatment, love bombing and isolation. These tactics collectively all fall under the overarching strategy of gaslighting.
Guilt is characterised by feelings of increased stress, self-consciousness and pessimism about a particular outcome. We’ve all felt guilty for something we have done at some point during our lives, and the accompanying feeling is often a sense of helplessness that you can’t do anything about. This sense of helplessness is exactly what you aim for your sub to feel. Let’s set the scene:
You are coming to the end of a sexting session with a sub and you send the last video to him only for him to respond with:“Ahhh sorry babe that is too much, I had fun though”. Most people would drop the price and cater to the sub. Well, this is the completely wrong approach. Here you stand your ground and simply tell them this:

Notice the difference? Then simply say “Babe I am going to bed, I just need a bit of space after that if I am not on here tomorrow you know why.” This approach plays into their loneliness and desire for connection, creating a scenario where they feel the need to re-establish contact.
Now you might be thinking this is a bit dramatic isn’t it? News flash, girls are dramatic. Embracing a more dramatic demeanour and letting them believe that you have truly been impacted by their actions is exactly what you want to portray. Why? Because now they believe they are not just chatting with a virtual persona but also entangled in the intricacies of a real and intimate relationship. Let’s connect the dots – the sub now feels like they are navigating an emotional rollercoaster with you, where the highs are so high and exhilarating, and the lows are so low and disheartening; THINK WHERE THEY’D RATHER BE and how they can get themselves back there…
The next step in this manipulation game involves the art of love bombing. Now, love bombing is one of the only tactics that shouldn’t be implemented fairly early on. Once a sub shows a high level of interest you should ‘prioritise’ them. This simply means you reply quickly to them, actively learn about them, and crucially, recall specific details they’ve shared (this attentiveness reinforces the impression that you are genuinely listening). Now the subtle art of love bombing before dropping the ‘’L bomb’’, is to subtly express to them that you are prioritising them.
This can be done by telling them you reply to their message first every time you see it, responding even during gym sets or you replying to them even whilst spending time with your friends. Consider the emotional shift the subscriber is undergoing, from being isolated with no one to turn to, to now having a woman (far out of his league in his eyes) choosing him over everyone and everything else in her life. Eventually, this man will drop the L bomb (confessing his love for her) and this right here gentleman, is where the game changes!
Another useful tip for the love bombing stage is dropping random messages to these ‘special’ subscribers even when they aren’t online. Such as “I can’t sleep, thinking of you (name)” or ‘’Had (their favourite food) for dinner tonight,” “babe all i could think of was you.” Gestures like these mimic what you’d expect from a girlfriend deeply in love and it really creates that special intimate experience for them, making them believe this is more than just a monetary exchange. WHAT ARE WE SELLING? AN EXPERIENCE
Isolation is the most challenging tactic to utilise, as it can typically only be reserved for very intimate relationships. In an online setting, you can’t physically distance them from their support groups like family and friends. However, you can create a sense of isolation between the both of you. By this I mean you can really transform your relationship into something that no one else could understand, no one else could understand how close you two have come. By doing this, you can pull them closer to you while indirectly distancing them from their support networks. Why does this work? By positively reinforcing the notion that it is only you two who could ever understand your relationship, they will now subconsciously not take action in telling others about what they do but more importantly how much they spend! Each manipulative skill plays a large role in the furthering of this relationship. It is crucial to remember you want to take them on an emotional rollercoaster. In ‘The Art of Seduction’ by Robert Greene, he touches on this very point in one of his archetypal lovers, the ‘Coquette’. The Coquette is hot then cold, draws you in with affectionate and hopeful words only to then retreat into the coldness, they entice you in and leave you frustrated. This proves to be so effective due to the fact that as humans we want something that we can’t have. So, during this rollercoaster of emotions, the sub feels enticed in the highs and frustrated in the lows, leading them into an emotional frenzy, in which they chase after your reciprocated love.

There are a few key actions to take to find opportunities. We like to adopt the mindset that there is ALWAYS an opportunity to make money on an OnlyFans account, if you seek hard enough. Even with just 200 fans, you can’t argue that there isn’t 1/200 who wouldn’t spend even $10. How can we do our best to foster the engagement?

Making as much money on OnlyFans is the name of the game, so here are some sneaky tactics to use to extract as much money out of your subs as possible.
During the upsell process you have multiple chances to push for more money but how do you do it without coming across as too pushy? An easy way to do this, ask for a tip before sending the video, it seems cheeky but it is all about how you frame the request. For example “Okay babe I am going to do something extra special for you but I need to know if you are ready okay…so tip me $200 and I will record it for you right now.” The sub now has two options: either not tip because it is too much so you can simply lower the price or tip and not question it. In the second option, send the content locked for an additional
$200. Some subs will question it and you can handle the objection by saying “Babe I don’t usually do this for people but you have just got me really horny right now, I wanted to carry on with you.” If they question it you can once again always drop the price but if they don’t question it, you have just made a $400 sale on a piece of content already taken by the model, that you’d have originally sold for $200, so a $200 increase through being cheeky. Remember guys push your luck, these guys push theirs! You can always reduce the price but you can never increase it. A classic tactic we use is get them to pay more by also sending the PPV locked. You can always say, ‘omg babe i didnt even see your tip, sorry!’. A lot of simps will just buy the PPV even after tipping because they are that desperate. Push your luck!
With getting the most out of customs and video calls it is all about the first price you give the sub. Our take on customs and video calls is that the price must be anchored high to start and then come down to meet in the middle, this funnily enough would be more than what they were originally going to pay. So set a high original price and then come down to a lower price to agree on, this is the only way to maximise the amount you can get out of each sub wanting a custom or video call. In my honest opinion, customs and video calls are overrated and difficult to sell every time, so one thing we do is offer a custom at the end of an upsell script. Why? A customer is more likely to spend when they’ve been spending.
This is utilising a couple of behavioural economics tactics called anchoring and framing. Whether it be customs or just scenarios, PPVs or anything we are always anchoring the customer. This is where the decision-making process of the customer is influenced by an initial reference point which you set. Most chatting teams aren’t paying attention to this enough, and ignoring how crucial it is from day 1 of communicating with a sub. If your chatter sends out a $10 2min fingering video on the first day, that customer has now been anchored incredibly low. If he spends $200 on a full scenario where all she does is strip down and not even show pussy, and he’s manipulated to leave happy, this customer has been anchored as high as possible. He is now mentally framed to pay high prices and he expects it. This process takes skill, considering the majority of the simps will be subbed to other girls who are setting their anchors low. However, it is very possible to manufacture if you stick to the principles of this course.
Secondly, a key behavioural economics principle we utilise is the framing effect. The framing effect proposes individuals make decisions based on how an issue is framed, rather than on the facts presented. Framing is probably the crux of our strategy and how we chat so effectively.

Our goal is to convert a standard spender into a high daily spender, conditioned to pay for anything including sexting without content. We cannot work miracles. But when a golden customer comes through the door it’s our job to maintain, build and cultivate this relationship to milk it for every $ possible.
On a busier account, there is no doubt that it can become difficult to build and maintain whales. We utilise a 2-chatter system on higher traffic accounts:
Chatter 1: managing new/normal subs, closing sales and converting normal customers into {NBS}
Chatter 2: managing {BS} customers and messaging newly subbed fans
Whales require attention and careful note taking, they also require a NARRATIVE.
One of the most important aspects of building narrative comes from the way you approach messaging and relationship building. We want to cultivate the idea that the relationship we are building with the model is incredibly unique through the NARRATIVE we create and nurture ourselves- and that the content gradually increases in naughtiness throughout a whale’s lifetime. An important uncontrollable variable is luck. We can’t directly catch whales but we can put ourselves into a position to get lucky through our entire setup to react to luck successfully. Our job is to be fully prepared to react accordingly to a sub we believe/has shown potential. If we know our models’ content perfectly, this is a great first step.
We need to be prepared to identify important details early, if a user works at McDonalds, they probably don’t earn enough to be a whale and can be immediately labelled as such. Be prepared to build a relationship for 30 minutes after a sales session with no sales if they show signs of a big spender. A big spender isn’t necessarily a whale, but is likely to be transitional. This is an important step because the majority of chatters aren’t going to bother – after all they aren’t getting paid for the extra chatting. However, it is ESSENTIAL to make the sub feel valued and that the whole thing wasn’t just one big rinse. Think about sleeping with a woman. When it’s a one night stand, after you bust your nut you will usually just roll over and sleep or even book them an uber. When the relationship is special and more than that, you cuddle and talk to them after sex. The same idea needs to be applied to whale cultivation. To show them it’s real, you need to do the cuddling and talking after sex to keep them around.
Immediately take notes as you learn them, invest time and make sure you are quick with responses. When you recognise these things occurring, it’s important to make note of this and aware the whole team. This customer has a lot of promise. A common mistake i see chatters making is getting too excited and rinsing this sub too aggressively the first day they start to open their pockets; Sending PPV after PPV without build up, selling a video call (I call this the golden goose) or something like this the first day the sub has spent hundreds of dollars in 1 day. This is a difficult cycle to break, especially if you have just brought in random chatters without really making them part of your team. It is crucial that when these habits are recognised in a sub, they are treated with longevity in mind. This is impossible to enforce when you work with a chatting agency because they are using a standardised system to scale for many clients. There needs to be extra care taken, whether it be through sales build up, aftercare or gatekeeping certain things (video calls) for instance, making sure the potential whale is satisfied yet hungrier than ever for more is a tough skill but an important one.
The timing is dependent on where the conversation leads to, however in general we tend to make sure the whales get attention ALL day. However, since we know about their spending habits, we really don’t need to be pushing them to spend when they don’t want to. The whale can receive non-sexual communication all day with zero push toward sexuality. This opposes normal customers where the chatter wouldn’t pay this kind of attention if the conversation isn’t leading to spending after a while. In general, this daytime/nighttime approach works well however it is of course very flexible, depending on the whale’s movements. At the moment that a whale becomes a large whale and requires more time, you can have a chatter shift to ‘whale manager’ and dedicate all of their time to just the whales, while the normal chatters manage all other BS (Big Spenders) and standard subs that have not transitioned into whale status yet. This process isn’t set in stone, it just depends on the account; how many whales, how many BS and how much traffic comes into play.

The art of remembering is key to transitioning a big spender to a whale. If a whale is already 1k down on a single day and you notice that on the last PPV, he didn’t insta buy and his replies have slowed down & are less detailed and enthusiastic, this might be a time where you use your intuition and stop selling him for the day. Similarly, if a sub has spent 1k a day three days in a row and he comes online later than anticipated, this might be a good sign to not even try to sell on him that day but instead spend all day flirting and just talking to him normally about life. Like much of our strategy, this is very hard to implement with low loyalty, outsourced chatters. That is why it is crucial to build your team from the ground up with the right mentality installed. Conditioning a whale is a deep process with multiple layers. The initial conditioning phase is to condition Comfortability in Spending. This is where we normalise spending large quantities daily. This partly relies on models delivering high quality content and the whales knowing what to expect and being pleased.
With explicit / non-explicit models it works the same way, approaching the content in a way that makes it feel unique and special for that whale. Important to make them feel you only take content like that for them and that they bring out a ‘new sexual side of you’.
Pricing of content can begin to increase slightly, instead of selling the first photo for $10, you may decide to begin selling photos for a minimum of $20 as the whale believes he is getting in a more special exclusive relationship with you. Over time, you can build this up and up and take risks with pricing. We have done this time and time again and gotten whales to points which seem absolutely insane. As discussed, the regular scenario template sees 1 / 2 photos being sent for free before diving into paid content.
When you have developed a whale properly, you can begin the scenario process with the first photo for $50, $100 or even more. This sounds ludicrous but it’s important to never underestimate how much a whale will spend. It gets to the point where the content you are sending is mostly irrelevant. You can be sending a completely clothed selfie, zero sexuality for $100. We commonly see chatters underpricing on whales because of how ridiculous this seems to them. I would NEVER spend $100 on a selfie the chatter thinks. It doesn’t matter what you would never do! When a whale is deeply infatuated, they are completely irrational and money has a different value to them. The chatter must learn to forget about their own intuitions and let the simp do what he wants to do; spend ungodly amounts of money.
This is a difficult skill to master, especially considering your chatters are probably from 3rd world countries, the numbers will just be hard to adjust to. However, when it’s achieved, you will have successfully conditioned your whale into spending huge amounts of money on not a lot. In general, a full scenario will look to bring in $150-300. When you have conditioned a whale, you can expect a full scenario to bring in more like $400-1k+. This is intensely rewarding and it may seem like the job is done here but you can take this a LOT further. This is the depths of whale manipulation where 99/100 chatters would not take it…
There will be whales who want to watch their spending less than others, but they are still human and will feel pushed if this is not done in an organic way.
You’re attempting to increase the connection and dedication to the relationship which JUSTIFIES the new higher price minimum.
If we are conditioning correctly, we are convincing the whale we only like getting this naughty with him, and he is the only one who is getting to see this side of her, make him feel SPECIAL. Therefore, the insane prices are now ‘justified’.
Paid custom videos are great ways to build connections with very personal videos, but sometimes free videos/voice notes are powerful tools and worth thousands in future spending as they feel they are getting valued highly be the model.
You may find you lack content for some of the rate of spending by whales if your particular model can’t keep up with the whales purchasing. This is a VERY good problem to have. Not only does this mean that your whale is buying absolutely everything and you are making a ton of money, but it also means you can transition to methods of revenue generation that are uncapped…
Just because you have no content does not mean you cannot generate sales in other ways!
At this stage, your whale is in DEEP and probably spending $500+ near enough daily (obviously this number is very flexible). At this point we begin to incorporate paid sexting. Paid sexting is by no means something that we invented, many are utilising this. However, the level at which we are able to utilise this has been groundbreaking. Remember, you know the whale so well at this point that you know what makes them tick. You can slowly begin to turn regular sexting into deep level RP (role playing) to fulfil all their fantasies. Here you can put focus on the personal interests of the whale to increase PERSONALITY and JUSTIFY charging without content.
An example of this can be – The whale has seen a photo of the model wearing glasses and expressed great interest, this can be used to begin a teacher/student roleplay “Oh professor likes when I’m a good little student for him?😈
Explore the idea of roleplay- gauge the whale’s interest, see if they enjoy going down this path? Obviously, not all of them will, however the chances are they are going to love it. Ideally, we want to be steadily increasing this number, but our greater focus is intermission length between tips. It’s crucial not to overdo this and ask for tip after tip back-to-back during a sexting session as it would quickly become obvious to them this is a game of spending. Contrary to this, a sexting session could last 3 hours and you only build up to tips during key moments of the session. Over time, you can increase the tipping amounts. The ideal scenario is where a sub is dropping $200 tips for imaginary things in a roleplay. It sounds impossible but it is very possible.

This might take 3 hours of detailed, intense sexting. It requires a hugely talented chatter, but the earnings potential is literally insane. This is the ultimate goal of our chatting strategy, to create a situation where whales are using the model as an escape from reality, diving into their deepest and darkest fantasies and paying ungodly amounts of money on virtual things that aren’t even happening in reality.
*Note* Rather than asking for tips, sometimes OF allows you to put a price on a message without any content itself. This is something we have tested and found a mixed bag of results, for some whales they were very comfortable with this and it came across naturally. For others, they much preferred to follow the tipping method. Test out both different paid sexting methods and see what they prefer.
If the whale decides they do not want to pay $50 for no content, and objects, we have a few different ways of responding.Firstly we need them to know we cannot continue talking in this way for free.

When you reach this point of the relationship with a whale, it’s likely they’re days are becoming numbered. This is because these men are acting irrationally and will be spending daily/weekly amounts that are unsustainable for them long term. Enjoy it while it lasts but do not ever think that this will last forever. When we first started cultivating these whale relationships, we didn’t plan for the latter stages as a result of our euphoria around the insane revenue they were generating. Learning from these experiences, we recognised 2 key parts of the latter stages of the whale relationship; the fuck it stage & the grand finale.
We classify the ‘fuck it stage’ as the point where the sub has become ‘self-aware’ of what is going on and what the relationship entails. You’ve spent weeks, if not months building things up to a point where the sub feels very intimate with you and as a result has been conditioned into spending hundreds or thousands very regularly as a normal part of the relationship. Over the weeks, the sub makes very little rebuttals and holds himself back. Eventually this reaches a peak (likely they are spending thousands a week. The transition to the fuck it stage occurs when the sub begins to know what situation they are in and show a few key signs:
This is the transition to the fuck it stage where they are realising the situation they have put themselves in. You can be more direct & aggressive with your selling during this time as long as you support it using the relationship dynamic you’ve built. This is the point where you can say things like

When you are reaching these final stages of a whale relationship, they have reached a point where they are deriving pleasure from being unable to resist your financial control. This isn’t to say they have a direct findom kink but the entire experience has captivated them and they are addicted to the combination of pain and pleasure they receive each time they spend $1000 on a virtual busted nut. Therefore, instead of letting them have their doubts and fade away you need to go even harder and strike while the fire is hot. There is a chance some whales fade out when the switch happens to being more controlling and direct, however we have seen this lead to a prolonged period of high spending even when they have recognised what the relationship is about. This is crucial to understand because the prolonged spending period is likely where you’re going to make a substantial amount of your LTV from a sub, even though they already (probably) reached their peak. I say probably because of the potential of the grand finale.
The most likely outcome after the fuck it stage is a breakdown in the relationship and either completely ending or massively reducing the revenue from the sub. Normally, this comes about in a ‘straw that broke the camel’s back’ fashion where one day they have just simply had enough. While we have found this is most likely, there is also the potential for a exciting and profitable grand finale event. In this situation the sub is burnt out, disgraced and probably broke (or a lot broker than they used to be). A special few of them can be tempted into one more spending spree we call the grand finale.
This can be created under the narrative of ‘one more special night together’. The best way to be able to close this deal is giving them the carrot we discussed earlier or ‘killing the goose’. Whatever it was you have been tempting them with and hanging over the head, this is the time to let it happen. If it is something which was never feasible anyway because of the model’s preference, this is fine too. Just try and find something ‘special’ which never seemed possible. WhatsApp contact, video call, mailing panties or something similar.
The more special and intimate the better. This is where you want to get every last dollar you can out of them and finally give them what they want. You want to be anchoring them with a huge price (5k+ normally) and then you can drop down to what fits the client. This leads to the final spike of revenue before they fade out and is called the grand finale. This is a rare occurrence but when it works it can be massive amounts of money to generate and it’s vital to the strategy to try and make this happen.
